We are a small family business and whilst we try our best to deliver a quality product and service, kettle corn by its very nature of how it's cooked can vary in colour, crunch, and size of the corn.

If you get a "crunchy" bit, this is normal. Please don't feel that the whole batch is burnt.

You may also find un-popped kernels. This again is normal as not all kernels fall through the sieving process as they can attach themselves to the "popped" corn. We recommend not eating the un-popped kernels as they could damage your teeth.

Following food safety guide-lines for toddlers, we recommend not letting a child under two years old eat popcorn, especially un-supervised, as could cause a choking hazard.

All product is subject to availability at time of sending an order. If we are out of stock of an item we will contact you asap to find a mutually beneficial solution.

We accept no liability for courier delays or lost items once delivered. However, we are happy to help out and do what we can.

Product should be consumed prior to the Best Before date shown on the back of the package. It will go soft if left in the open air or in an un-sealed container, especially in hot/humid conditions. We recommend storing in a sealed contained once opened, or in the freezer to extend the freshness beyond this date.

Whilst we adhere to all legal food, health & safety requirements, we would appreciate it if you could please let us know privately if you are not happy with something, so we can be aware, and try to rectify it.
